Embedding Optical Microcavities in Nanoporous SiO <sub>2</sub> Film via Infill Inkjet Printing

The main practical method for fabricating fine optical structures involves mounting them on the surface of a substrate. Although there are other methods inside materials, none fabrication structures, particularly resonator structures. Thus, novel method, namely, infill printing in which structure is embedded nanoporous film, demonstrated to fabricate highly transparent film comprises nonspherical SiO2 nanoparticles with diameter ?12 nm. voids interconnected, facilitating penetration polymers exhibiting 2–3 By filling hyperbranched polymer via refractive index can be uniformly controlled, and embedded.
